Last Updated: January 1, 2020 is the website of Inclusive Movement for Bosnia and Herzegovina (“IMBiH,” “we,” or “us”), a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization located in Washington DC. This Privacy Policy outlines what information we collect and why we collect such information in providing our services.

This information may include personal information such as your first name, last name, location of residence, occupation, email address, and any other information you provide to us.

IMBiH collects the information that you voluntarily provide to us in order to maintain our list of contacts, to grow our membership and organization, and to send you updates, news, or other materials that may interest you, including email messages about our upcoming events, newsletters, or any other information pertaining to IMBiH and its services.

IMBiH collects and processes personal information about you only where we have a legal basis, such as when you have given consent, where the processing is necessary to perform a contract with you, and for legitimate interests such as complying with laws and to protect you or others from threats.  When we rely on your consent to process your personal data, you have the right to withdraw or decline your consent at any time.

IMBiH does not sell your personal information to outside parties.

IMBiH may share your personal information with outside parties in order for them to provide their services to us, including vendors that help us with our communications, events, and organizing campaigns to our members, contacts, and subscribers.  IMBiH may share your personal information when legally compelled to do so, such as when IMBiH, in good faith, believes that the law requires it or for the protection of IMBiH’s, yours, or others’ legal rights.

IMBiH is committed to the protection of personal information, and its organizational practices limit the use and disclosure of such information to authorized persons and processes.  IMBiH uses administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we collect.

  • Ask us for a copy of your personal data, including in machine readable form;

  • Ask us to change, update, or fix your data if it is inaccurate; and
